The maximum number of units transferrable from another institution to Calstone University (including General Education requirements) is 50% of the total quarter units that a major requires.
- For A.A. degree programs, 50% of the total 90 quarter units needed to graduate would be 45 quarter units that can be transferred.
- For B.A. degree programs, 50% of the total 180 quarter units needed to graduate would be 90 quarter units that can be transferred.
Applicants must submit official transcripts from all colleges attended, past and present in order to be considered for transfer of units. This includes community colleges, enrichment courses, study abroad, and any other coursework completed. Students must have earned a grade of "C" or better in each class in order to receive credit. All units must be earned at a regionally accredited institution.
All applicants with an AA, AS, or higher degree need not submit high school transcripts. If the applicant has not received a degree from an accredited college or university, official high school transcripts should be submitted and any college coursework completed will be evaluated for credit on a case by case basis.
